Celebrated physicist Stephen Hawking floats with an apple on zero gravity jet recently in 2007 got the image from the papers dated 28 Apr'07. A modified jet carrying Hawking, a few of his physicians and nurses, and dozen others flew up to 24000 feet over the Atlantic off Florida. Someone floated an apple alongside him in an allusion to Issac Newton, whose chair Hawking holds at Cambridge. A falling apple is said to be the inspiration behind Newtons formulation of the Law of Gravity. Free of his wheelchair and tethered only to heart and BP monitors, he fulfilled a dream of floating weightless.
